GTA Trilogy: The Definitive Edition was officially announced a few days ago after getting rumors and leaks for the past month. No gameplay videos or screenshots have been shown to compare to the old version, but PC specs of the trilogy reportedly leaked.
Reporting from DSOgaming, a member of the GTA Forum managed to get information on the details and PC specifications. Let’s start with the specifications first.

Recommended:

If it’s true, then you could say it’s quite a drastic increase from the original version, especially if this is just an ordinary remaster. But other info is also shared on the same forum. They say that this remaster will get new lighting, upgrades to environmental aspects, high-resolution textures, better draw distances, and controls that are made similar to GTA V.
But apart from these details, it’s still unknown whether this remaster will be a drastic remaster like Crash Bandicoot: N.Sane Trilogy or Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2, or just a light remaster, which is typical of only making games suitable for widescreen and some quality of life.
